EXCELLENT customer service! Sent them a text at 7:30am on a Saturday not expecting an immediate reply but that's what I got! They were also able to accommodate my request to cancel a reservation and even got the hotel to waive a cancellation fee I would have been responsible for. THANK YOU Lucid Travel!!!!
