Unfortunately, the car was in a wreck and the Insurance Co(***) will not take ownership of vehicle until original lien release is in their possessionI do not think a complaint was necessary as I am doing whatever possible to make this rightIt is out of my control that Suzuki Financial has yet to send us the originalI am in no way giving the client the run around I have had Suzuki financial fax over a copy or lien release to prove to customer the car was not sold with an unsatisfied lien Here is a reference number from Suzuki financial to show that this is a work in progress Ref# [redacted]
