Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: After consulting many other dealerships, they have all agreed that there is no reason that my interest rate should have been this high with the credit score I haveI am disappointed that you do not inform any of your customers about hazardous issues with a car especially when the first thing I said when I walked into the dealership was that I needed a reliable car to get me to and from school and workSincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Lucash motors sold [redacted] a car that a was not safe Yes, she loved the look of a lowered car; however, we found out later that the car was not lowered properly according to [redacted] s They charged [redacted] $to put all four struts and replace a tire Because there were still issues with the car, they were unable to realign the front end There were major issues when the car was sold These were not due to [redacted] reckless driving Needless to say, [redacted] was not going to make a payment due to the car not being safe to drive All I'm asking for is to be reimbursed the $for repairs to a car that was not able to be driven and therefor had to be taken back by the bank.Sincerely, [redacted]
this car was repo from credit concepts she never made one payment so the car was taken from the bank
[redacted] purchased a pontiac grand prix from our auburn location [redacted] took the car for a test drive before her purchase and loved the pontiac because it had been lowerd and thelook of it [redacted] also called my manger chuck and had ran over something in the road we can be responsible for damages do to her careless driving and the car was repossessed do to none payment it wasnt returned credit concepts repo the pontiac

This is news to me about us coming and getting your car? That's a flat out lie the bank you financed to with actually repossessed the car do to none payment So that's who has your car You can't expect to buy a car and drive it and not make paymentsIt does not work that wayAnd just looked at your file and you didn't not buy a extended warranty even thou it was offered to you so no when you bought the car it was sold as is and you signed over places saying that

the only way to get out of a loan is to contact reliable credit they are the legal owners of your auto loan you could trade the car in and get a new loan thru different company as far as the car goes you took it to an audi in tacoma and they worked on iti would take it back to them and see
what the problem is
