Lucas Roofing

I called these guys one day, because I needed an emergency roof leak patched up. A guy by the name of [redacted] called me back after I left a message. I explained to him what the problem was, with my roof. He said he would be over in a hour or so. When he arrived at my house, he had brought a helper with him. The two of them went up on the roof, to asess the problem. I also went up on the roof with them. After looking at it for a few minutes, he decides to spread some roof tar over the existing patches that were already there. Which took them about ten mins or so. After that, he packed his stuff up, charged me $100 dollars and off they went. Not even five minutes after they left, it started pouring down rain again. The leak that I just payed $100 dollars to have fixed, was now leaking worse than it was before they got there. I called him back immediately, and explained to him that the leak was now worse than it was before. He at that point, told me he would not be able to make it back to my house untill the next day. And that he would be back first thing in the morning. Witch left me up all night changing out pots of water. The next day came and went, and I never heard a word from him. I called him twice and left messages. Absolutely no response. I would highly (NOT) recommend this contractor.
