This client was charged the appropriate amount of $which is 1/truckloadOur company charges based on the volume of junk we are hauling awayThe brush she is mentioning that was not hauled away, was not included in our quote or in the original job we performed for the clients tenantWe would of been more than happy to haul away the brush she is stating, but the cost would of been more on the original job and it would of taken up more space in our truck to perform. When she called back into our call center, we explained to her that we could come back out but we would have to charge her for a new job since it was not included in the estimate we provided on the job we did for her the first timeHer location is more than minutes away from our shop, and its not our fault that her tenant did not go over everything in detail when our crew was on siteWe would be happy to offer her a $off repeat client discount on her next job, but we would need to charge her our pricing since it would be a separate job and was not included in the first original estimateWe cannot credit back the $amount she is requesting, since we performed the job for the correct amount based on the junk amount our crew surveyed

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: When I called the first time I explained exactly what I had to haul off and they quoted me $when they got to the site and looked at the stuff they needed to take they quoted $228.00, which I thought at the time was too much but I wanted it done When they called back for my credit card information they told me they had all the brush from the back yard on their truck, which was a lieThen when my tenant called and I found out they didn't even take any of the brush but still charged me $I knew I had been taken for a ride This company is ripping off consumers and needs to be stoppedI will not accept their responseI want a credit for the $or they can pick up the brush they charged me to take and didn't take. Or, I can see who else I can turn them in to.Thank you!

Revdex.com & Mrs*** ** ***, Complaint: *** Hi, My name is Shawnn *** and I am the franchise owner of College Hunks Hauling JunkI have reviewed this claim number and discussed job details with crew and our General Manager whom spoke with the client.I will agree to reimburse her the $she is requestingCan you please provide me a good address to send her a reimbursement check? We have been in business for years and have serviced over 12,clientsWe have great reviews all over social media and have grown our business by doing right by our clientsIt sounds like on this job there was some miscommunicationShe is the only junk removal client of my knowledge to ever report a Revdex.com claim against our companyMy recommendation would be next time you hire a junk removal provider, either be on site with the crew or have someone there to provide instructionsAnother option would be to have the crew provide pictures (property managers have us do this all the time) once they complete the job before we collect payment. I apologize for the frustration we have causedOne issue that is really bothering me is her claim that we quoted her an exact amount over the phone (our business prohibits this). "I hired College Hunks Hauling Junk to haul off bags of leaves, some brush and an old tableThe quoted me $over the phoneWhen they got on the site on 2/they said it would be $since I had already told my tenants I would have it hauled off I felt obligated to go ahead and have it doneThe next day the tenant checked the backyard and the brush had not been taken it's still thereI called the company on Wed2-and they said they would have to charge me again to go back out and get the limbsI want a credit back on my credit card for $the amount I had to pay for the limbs they did not take." I listened to the phone recording of *** and Chris *** in our call centerAll our phone reps read off the same script to every clientThey are not allowed to give quotes, they simply provide our MINIMUM PICKUP pricing (which is $105), they also give the client our 1/truckload price $228, 1/truckload price $328, and full truckload price of $Chris explained our pricing to this client and also reminded her that the guys will provide her a FREE NO OBLIGATION quote once they arrive our siteIf it estimate does not work with her budget, no big deal. I was not there on the job, so it does no good to bicker back and forth with this clientAlthough I don't agree with her demands, I do respect her as a customer and am willing to send her a check in the mail when she provides me a good address. Thanks Shawnn ***Franchise PartnerCollege Hunks Hauling Junk

This client was charged the appropriate amount of $228 which is 1/4 truckload. Our company charges based on the volume of junk we are hauling away. of been more than happy to haul away the brush she is stating, but the cost would of been more on the original job and it would of taken up more space in our truck to perform. When she called back into our call center, we explained to her that we could come back out but we would have to charge her for a new job since it was not included in the estimate we provided on the job we did for her the first time. Her location is more than 45 minutes away from our shop, and its not our fault that her tenant did not go over everything in detail when our crew was on site. We would be happy to offer her a $25 off repeat client discount on her next job, but we would need to charge her our normal pricing since it would be a separate job and was not included in the first original estimate. We cannot credit back the $123 amount she is requesting, since we performed the job for the correct amount based on the junk amount our crew surveyed.
