I have looked into this customer's complaint and it appears that there was a delay on our part of not submitting the service contract the customer elected to purchaseThe individual who was responsible for inputting this paperwork is no longer employed by [redacted] ,so I wasn't able to get the particularsBut after investigating, I can see that the customer's service contract was submitted to Chrysler on 12-03-, days prior to the date of the complaintAs it stands now, and a half years later, the service contract is in effect and the customer has not had any other problems pertaining to this issue I have some updated information regarding this caseMy office manager just found where we refunded the customer $of their $on 8/15/because Chrysler never received the scheduled pmts for the balance of the service contract// Chrysler charged a $cancellation feeThank You, [redacted] Gen Mgr [redacted] CJDR

particulars. But after investigating, I can see that the customer's service contract was submitted to Chrysler on 12-03-14 , 2 days prior to the date of the complaint. As it stands now, 1 and a half years later, the service contract is in effect and the customer has not had any other problems pertaining to this issue. I have some updated information regarding this case. My office manager just found where we refunded the customer $475 of their $500 on 8/15/15 because Chrysler never received the scheduled pmts for the balance of the service contract// Chrysler charged a $25 cancellation fee.
