I placed an order with Lublini on July 11th 2016, for a stokke crib skirt and care changing padThey took weeks to send me an order confirmation emailI then emailed asking if there could be rush shipping/production as I was anxious to get this ASAPThey said "they would put a rush on it if it was possible and get back to me to let me know"They never got back to me either wayI emailed again multiple times in the next 4-weeks to check on statusAfter no response, I received a phone call at about weeks telling me they could make my order faster with a different printAt this point, per their shipping policy, it is supposed to be shipping, and it hadn't even been madeI explained no that I wanted the original pattern I asked forTo which the response was "ok that fabric comes in next week"So I waited for weeks for no production to be done at allI emailed last week at weeks to check the status, no responseI emailed today at weeks with frustration and I received a response quickly saying they tried to contact me "dozens of times" via email and phone and that is simply not trueNow they have cancelled my order, with nothing even made for meI have been waiting patiently for almost months, and now weeks before my baby is due I am being blamed and have no crib skirt or care cover made for meAwful customer service and communication
I ordered custom bedding from the subject business months ago When I finally recieved my item (weeks later then stipulated on the companies online purchase policy) it was not the correct size The measurments of the custom bedding were those of the merchants pertaining to a certain brand of crib The merchant agreed to fix the problem with no wait time and asked that the product be sent back for repair I did so thinking it would be fixed quickly as promised After a month I inquired with the company numerous times as to the wearabouts of my product Finally I was told that product has been fixed, however No tracking number was provided and I still do not my item All I want is a refund on my credit card for the amount of the product It has now been over months since the initial purchase and that is an unacceptable wait time
