March 29, 2017Dear [redacted] ,I'm writing to respond to your complaint ID# [redacted] There is no question that we issued an in-store credit slip to the complainant on 2/27/She subsequently claimed that she lost itThe policy of most stores that I deal with is that if you lose your gift card/credit slip it is not replaceableI believe that is what she was told when she brought it to the attention of one of my employees.I will not get into a conversation of "he said-she said" regarding my employees, as I was not there to witness what happened and was not contacted directly by the complainantI will say however that I have only ever known of my employees to be courteous, friendly and respectful to our customers.In the spirit of goodwill, I will be happy to issue the complainant a credit slip for $that she may use at either of our stores....Kids' Klothes or College ClosetIf this is a satisfactory resolution for the complainant, we will mail to her the credit slip upon hearing back from you that this is satisfactory,I regret any misunderstanding or miscommunication regarding this matter.Sincerely,Barb P [redacted] , Owner
