Lube Tube

Review: I work at the [redacted] across the street from the Lube Tube center and had an oil change and fuel filter change done on March 14. Easy and convenient to have the work done while I was at work. My car had issues in mid May and I took it to my mechanic at [redacted] in Newport WA. My mechanic [redacted] changed out the fuel filter in the process of trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. I told him no, it had just been changed in March. He said no it was the old filter. It had not been changed at all. I had asked him to look at the oil filter too. He said it had not been changed either. In the process of trying to figure out what's wrong with the car 3 mechanics have looked at it and said that the fuel filter and oil filter had not been changed. I confronted the employee at Lube Tube and told him what happened. He of course is denying that the work wasn't done. He asked if my mechanic had saved the fuel filter. At the time I thought it had been tossed. I have possession of the fuel filter and the oil filter is still on the car. When I asked the Lube Tube employee why he didn't show me the parts when I had my work done his response is that I didn't ask. One I shouldn't have to ask and two I am not knowledgeable about cars and he could have shown me any parts and I would not have known the difference. I would like my money back which was $91.28 since they did not do the work that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like the $91.28 back since I have been charged for work that was never done.
