Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I clearly outlined that I, nor anyone else, put any windshield washer fluid in my car other than Lube CityPerhaps they still had summer fluid in their lines or I had summer fluid in my reservoir from the previous oil change I received from them a few weeks prior to the September oil changeIn any case, Lube City using summer washer fluid to fill my car without giving me notice is grossly irresponsibleTo not take responsibility for it is even worseHow is a customer suppose to know that they must clear their fluid lines for the winter when you don't even tell them that you used summer fluid? Living in Edmonton, it should be a given that only winter washer fluid is put in the systemI have been receiving oil changes from Lube City exclusively for roughly years; my family has alsoIt is unbelievable that, instead of making this right, you look for ways to refute what I know is your company's mistakeWithout giving a free oil change, it is clear that I can not trust Lube City to handle my oil change appropriately or to handle the aftermath of their incompetenceThis is about the principle of the matterI cannot, and will not, do business with a company that believes $will suffice for wasting my time and energy fixing their mistake Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam,We are responding to complaint ID#***. Per the client's instruction, we have already conducted a full audit and review of this client's program savings account and provided them with a detailed explanation of how and when various program fees for services are
collected, including excerpts, taken directly from the client's authorized "Client Service Agreement" with the Company. A duplicate electronic copy of that contract was also submitted to the client for the purposes of cross referencing our findings. After an exhaustive review we have determined that no refund is contractually due.Firstly, the client was enrolled into a month program and chose to cancel her program within the first months. In less than months it is not usually possible to settle an account. In fact, we tell all of our clients that it takes our company AT LEAST months to settle and this information can viewed on our company website under the FAQ section "*** *** *** * *** * ***" This same information was explained to the client by our representative, a certified credit counselor, in person before her enrollment and authorization of her agreement with the Company.Secondly, all fees collected from the client for services rendered were earned in their entirety, including enrollment services, administrative services and negotiation services for the commencement of negotiations with her creditors. In fact, we were negotiating with one of the client's creditors at the time of the cancellation and were specifically instructed by the client to cease negotiations when they had been informed settlement was attainable. Since that time any and all additional program monies have been successfully returned to the client. For these reasons it is clear this complaint lacks merit and we reaffirm no refund is warranted. Very truly yours,Christian JW***President
To whom it may concernRegarding Case #***: *** *** Feb 6, 2017On February 6th we contacted Mr *** to attempt a resolution to a complaint made to the Revdex.com, we explained to Mr *** that we would have put winter washer fluid in his vehicle when said vehicle was in
for last service on Sept 6th as we provide summer bug wash to customers in the summer months which has a low amount of freeze protectionWe switch our washer fluid to winter washer fluid the second week of August each year which has the freeze protectionWe did offer a $discount off of Mr ***'s next oil change service as a show of goodwill by Lube City, but Mr *** declined our offer by telephoneWe are sorry if we have caused any concern, it is our intention to look after all of our customers. Hello, On behalf of Priority Capital, LLC I am responding to complaint ID #[redacted]. We reviewed the client's request for a refund and have determined that they are not entitled to any additional refund for services rendered per the terms of their client service agreement they authorized...
upon enrollment. Due to a lack of communication from the client, and client's failure to return Priority's numerous calls and emails, Priority continued to service the client's account contractually earning the fees it collected, nor did Priority receive a signed "notice of cancellation" from the client at any time to date. Nonetheless we have successfully removed the client from the program and ensured that their related accounts have be closed. Thank you for your time. CJW

Firstly we would like to apologize for the delayed response, the email which you had sent was stuck in our email outbox. we take pride in...
our business and tending to customer concerns very quickly, I would also like to apologize for any expense incurred due to this incident, as I is not uncommon for vehicles fitted with a skid plate located directly under the drain plug for oil to get caught up there, generally we do our best to ensure all waste oil collected on this skid plate is cleaned up, however, it is possible that it was not cleaned thoroughly enough. we would be willing to offer a free oil change for the next service to compensate the $72.00 as compensation for this unfortunate incident. we would require a copy of the receipt from the mechanic stating the findings upon inspection of this vehicle. again our apologies on the timing of the response to this incident, as well as the incident itself.
