We are a Beauty School and all of our students are supervised by floor instructors when a client comes in and ask for such a service of hair color, perms, and highlightsWe do not charge Salon prices to our clients we charge very reasonable prices compare to other beauty SchoolsOn October 22,
MsH*** came in for a color and was not happy with the outcome of her service she was very mad and started yelling at the student that was doing her service and also yelled at the floor instructor she was being very disrespectful to the other students and clients around herWe returned her money and asked her not to return.Thank youR*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:rs of all I visited Lu Ross Academy on October 21st at 6:00pm, not the 22nd of October(Rhina Boyle who ever she is got her dates messed up)I have never spoken with the student, the only people I was in contact with and spoke with were M*** *** who mixed the colors together and *** who claims she was the manager. Although, I did request to speak to the owner and *** provided me with the name, MrBoyle at ###-###-#### I did call him and never got a call back. In regards to Rhonda's reply she totally fabricated and lied about what had happened that night, it was the oppositeMrBoyle runs his business , his beauty school in an uncivilized manner it is what it is!! I am asking $to have my hair redone and the terrible customer service that I got that night!!! After all they ruined my hair color I have pictures to prove it
