CREDIT CARD WAS RUN IN ERROR, CHARGES HAVE BEEN REVERSED

In reference to customer complaint from *** ***: Please accept my apology for the lack of communication from my dealership,since you dropped your RV off on June 10. We have a log of all service customers to enable us to call on a regular schedule to update customers on the
progress of their units in service. It appears that the technician took your work order to get started on diagnosing your issues before the service writer had placed you on the log. This was definitely our mistake which resulted in lack of communication.I wish you would have picked up the phone and called me to help. As GM I am available to assist every customer with any issue that arises. In checking with service all of your issues have been approved under warranty. When you checked it in with an issue like the metal, we are forced to inform the customer that it is out of the manufacturers warrant, but we will submit it and see if we can get them to cover it. In your case they did approve the repair under warrantyYour AC and awning lights are under warrantyWe have ordered and are replacing your cabinet door we damaged at our expense. At this point we are waiting on parts from the manufacturer to complete the work.
