LTS Consulting Inc., [redacted] rented a meeting room at [redacted] for three days, September 22-24, 2014 for a team building exercise for the [redacted]. In the end, they owed $486.00 after paying their deposit.They were invoiced and have had multiple follow-up requests for payment, but have ignored all contact since they used our facility.I find it quite disappointing that they would not pay a church when they kept saying during the planning process that they would be paying so much more if they were renting a hotel meeting room.Product_Or_Service: rental of space for team building meetingsDesired SettlementWe would like to be reimbursed, but if that it not to happen, would like a complaint registered under their company information.
