LTI Computer

This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with I had my Monster tablet about weeks when a piece to plug in the charger just fell off I contacted LTI Computers thru several emails all ignored I finally found a phone number to call them They gave me an RMA number to send them the Monster tablet for repairs I mailed them the tablet on 07/03/2014, was told it would take to weeks before I would get it back repaired or replaced Well its 11/29/2014, tons of emails, phones calls & I still have no tablet Their excuse is they are still testing it They didnt take that long to build it???? They keep sending me basic generic email saying they understand my frustration (Really?) but they cannot speed up the testing process In other words im getting brushed off, as it seems thats how they deal with all their customers The worst part is I purchased the Monster tablet so I could use it for a Camp I would be working at for the summer I never got the chance, im done with the summer camp NO TABLET! I finally purchased another brand of tablet because I realized that they probablly wont get my Monster tablet back for long, long time if at all THEY ARE CROOKS! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS, FAIR WARNING!

this LTI Inc is a scam to me I sended repair for one year go still didn,t got myTablet is there this company is a exiset? bad RMA service
