Review: We bought a service contract from them the beginning of the year for the Plaza Private Residences, Unit [redacted]. We double paid for the year's contract and requested a refund for that and also for the balance of the contract because we sold the unit the end of March. They said send a request at the email address they gave me and that is all they needed and they would refund it. This has been going on since the first of April and I have sent more emails and made several phone calls. They always claim the check is in the mail. I got tired of calling and getting the run around last week so I gave them a deadline of 6-**-13 to send the check or I was going to report them. They said they would send a certified check claiming they have gotten lost in the mail. The check still hasn't come and this morning 6-**-13 I got a call from ####-###-#### questioning the issue and playing dumb. I hung up and told her I was reporting them.
