I called this company last week in reference to correcting an item in a shipment of items purchased for my daughter. When I called the business the first time, the rep was very rude and cold. I was told a supervisor would reach out to me in 24-48 hours which never happened. I called in again on 8/to inquire about the call and was hung up on twice and told that I would have to wait an additional 24-48 hours. No one was helpful. Their website does not communicate that they do not do exchanges on embroideries. It simply says they do not do returns. They admitted on the phone that they do not have exchanges listed on the website, but said over the phone they do not honor them anyway. I have never heard of a call center not having supervisors onsite to speak with directly especially after a customer has called a number of times with not resolution and has gotten hung up numerous times. The return policy is below. If they do not honor it, it is considered false advertising.
