ordered a pair of baby banz sunglasses for my infant son on March 1st 2015 via [redacted].
I notified [redacted] which agreed to help right away by sending a replacement pair or refunding me through my original form of payment.
Then, once they realized it was baby tread (associated with silverhooks). A representative of silverhooks respond to my email named [redacted]
He advised me to verify with the post office if the package was received. It was sent to the mailbox but I still did not receive it.
The Silverhooks representative wrote that he will file a missing package claim . Then the following email, I should file the claim. I would never recommend Silverhooks.
