L'S WEAR

Review: Online order placed on 2/27/2014 (invoice #[redacted] hosiery totaling $95.70). My credit card was charged, and the order was not received. Many, many attempts have been made to contact the business both by phone and by email. After many attempts, I received one email reply on 3/19 from "[redacted]" from Customer Service stating that a [redacted] tracking request was being made and that I would receive information within 24 hours. I have been unable to contact the company ever since -- have sent multiple emails. The phone number listed goes directly to voicemail and for the last several days, the voicemail states that it is "full" so I cannot even leave a message. Please advise.Desired Settlement: The business should immediately refund my money and, unless there is something I don't understand, they should be closed down immediately before anyone else is scammed!

At this time, I have not been contacted by L'S WEAR regarding complaint ID [redacted]. As stated last week, I finally received merchandise, but 3 items out of the 6 were incorrect sizes or colors. Despite multiple attempts to contact the business once again, I received no return emails or return phone calls after one full week. The phone always goes directly to voicemail and many times, the message states that the voicemail box is full.
