Review: My Mother who is 95 years old and I paid [redacted] of LS Expert Plumbing (tel [redacted] and cell [redacted]) $108 to clean the gas furnance for each of 2 homes before the winter season starts. My Mother has serious health problems, is homebound and senile. We need adequate heat and hot water to maintain her health needs. The two home that were contracted to inspect and clean are located at: 1. on [redacted] AND 2 on [redacted]. We had paid by check (%304) we have a receipt - invoice [redacted]. We had made an appointment for 9/** from 10 - 1 pm for said clean which [redacted] had confirmed a week prior. I took off from work but no "Expert Plumbing" came. I had continually made serveral calls-no one answered. I had written to recd by money back no answer. I tried to email. The email listed on his receipt is "not valid" Obviously this is no a legit business and I would like my money back, I have an ill senior and whose meds cost hundreds of dollars. I am also concern for her health given this stress and that her furnance has yet been serviced since we trust LS Expert Plumbing. We only want our money back and to warn others, especially seniors such as ourselves not to contract with this questionable outfit that does not only show up for appointments, they do not return calls/letters and keep your money for no work performed.Desired Settlement: Just return my $108.87 for no work performed and for not showing up for an appointment.
