The above complain is profoundly untruthThe girl showed the manager/manicurist the nail art image on her phone and asked she wants it
done as shownThe manager agreed and explained to her what should be done and the priceThe girl then agreed to let the manicurist perform the jobNormally Pink & White full set service charge is $plus $for nail art stamp which is $in totalThis client got $discount so the finally service price is $not $as we usually chargeThe nails came out beautifullyThe job was tedious and only can be done by highly skill and talented nail technicianIt took the manicurist one hour and fifteen minutes to get the job doneWe have been in business since and are well known by very many local clientsWe conduct business with strong ethic in mindWe take pride in our workmanshipIf the customer is not happy with the service, we are more than happy to fix the nailsWe will not issue refund for the service that we already deliveredWe clearly post the "Service is Non Refundable" sign next to the cashier counterThank you for your understanding!

The complaint I filed was profoundly truthful
My daughter did show the tech exactly what she wantedMy daughter also told the tech she wanted acrylic and NOT gel.The pictures will show my daughter DID NOT receive what she asked for.My receipt will also show $Which includes a tip my daughter said NO to and yet they still addedNails are beautiful if that is what you wanted , but clearly not what my daughter asked for.It took the tech so long because she was on her phone texting the whole time not because of the work on my daughters nails.When my daughter told the technician she was not satisfied the tech said sorry too lateIf you read their reviews then you will find similar complaintsAs for fixing my daughters nails I would NEVER allow that foul woman near my daughter again.This business is in the art of ripping off customers and taking advantage of a minorWe expect a full refund so we can go somewhere else and have the damage they have caused my daughters nails repairedNon -Refundable does not mean you can take customers money without providing what they paid forAnd we indeed did NOT get what we purchased

Again no resolvePlain and simple this company did not do what they were paid to doTheir constant touting of years and business does not negate the factsSERVICE WAS NOT DELIVEREDThe pictures clearly show what was asked for and what was receivedBesides the fact she wanted acrylic not gelThis company should be held accountable and refund in full.Shame on them....I will not allow this company near my daughter again after their foul behavior when we complainedCursing, threatening and hanging up on customers is never acceptable
And by the way, they should also read the process of a Revdex.com complaint.As their response is not new from the previous, nor is this a new or different complaint

The salon manager and manicurists have been in the industry too long (years) to be aware of the situation and the type of work was done on the clientBoth parties (the nail technician and the client) communicated and agreed what should be done and pricing prior to delivery of the serviceWe do not issue the refund for the service already deliveredWe clearly post the sign of "Service is Non-Refundable" at the cashier counterWe only offer nail fixing within one week of service due to technical related issue

This business is misrepresenting itself. Not only have I not received a call. I have no voicemails. I don't find it entertaining to be lied to or antagonized. I chose to go through Revdex.com because of beyond nails absolute disregard and not even too much as an apology. I expect the resolution to be written out to Revdex.com so that [redacted] can ensure the issue is taken care of.
