LP Appliance & Mattress

On August 1, 2019 I purchased a refrigerator; they delivered it on August 2. It was the wrong size so the gentlemen delivering the unit took it out and returned it to the store. I was verbally promised a refund that day. When no refund was forthcoming, I emailed the business on August 5 and was again promised a refund (in writing). There has been no refund issued.

Absolute horrible service, and sales. Provided a fridge with a defective icemaker and never ever followed up on the warranty!! If anyone in the Southern Maine area ever wants to get any value for their money they should never use LP Appliance.
