This is in response to Mrs*** complaint. On June 20, 2016, my inspector, Tony Y***, performed a mold and termite inspection on their property. Tony's inspection revealed no termites; however, there was some mildew present in the crawlspace. Mr*** asked Tony if
he would supply a letter stating there was no mold. Tony told him that we do not provide letters saying there is no mold but we do supply letters that we have treated for mold if we perform a mold treatment. The only time we will supply a letter is if we treat for mold. Tony asked Mr*** if he wanted a price to treat the crawlspace for mold. Mr*** said yes and was given a price to treat for mold by Tony. We were not authorized to do a mold treatment. However, Mr*** asked us to supply a letter stating there was no mold. Again, Tony told him again we do not do this. Tony also told him that if he needs a letter he should call a mold testing company
About a week later, Mr*** called again and asked for a letter stating there was no mold. Again, Tony told him we do not do this
The next contact we had with Mrand Mrs*** was on July 12, when Mrs*** called again demanding a letter. She was told again that we do not do this. The morning of July 13, 2016, Mr*** went to our website requesting a letter stating there was no mold. Tony called Mr*** on the morning of July 13, and told him again that we do not supply a letter stating there is no mold. Mr*** then put Tony on speaker phone and Mrs*** asked for the paperwork again. Tony told her that we do not do this as explained over and over. Mrs*** was very rude and nasty and spoke back to Tony using several curse words and said she was calling the Revdex.comI do not know how we could have been more clear that we do not supply letters stating that there is no mold. We only treat for mold and then supply a letter that we have treated for mold

Review: I contacted and ordered a mold inspection for my home. Tony Y[redacted] came to my home on 6/20/16 to complete this service. He verbally told us he saw no mold and no treatment needed. While at the residence he stated he also did termite inspection which we had him do. It was explained the purpose of the inspections was for sale of our home and we needed reports with findings. We were told he would send reports to closing attorney office with bill for w[redacted] done. A termite report was sent but never documentation for mold inspection. My realtor and I have tried to reach out to company to get something stating he inspected for mold and no treatment needed. Loyal is saying they only do write up if they treated. They refuse to provide documentation in regard to mold. The rationale provided was that if they say no mold and new homeowner later says mold then they are liable. I was offered verbal report which is not acceptable. Are they not qualified professionals able to guarantee their findings at time of inspection? If they don't provide any inspection summary it is as if not done. This is what they were called to do. I spoke with Tony this am who said I needed to contact a company called Service-Pro to get what I needed. False advertisement of service. They don't do mold inspections only treatment. This service is unacceptable and other customers need to be aware of bad practice.Desired Settlement: Need documentation of home mold inspection. This complaint be available to other customers so that others won't have same problem.
