Loyal Featherstone, as my builder since 1995. He insist I owe him money for which I do not; and he has been harassing and threatening foreclosure and sale of my house.I received a letter from him on April 11, 2014 requesting that I pay him a sum of $75,000 for which I do not owe. On June 30, 1999, my lawyers [redacted] sent him a letter on my behalf; stating that I had already paid him $146,558.07 and based on the information I provided to them I did not owe him any additional sums.Desired SettlementStop harassing me for money I do not owe. Business Response Ms. [redacted] still owes a plumbing bill from 1995. The amount owed of $75,000 is the plumbing bill plus interest from 1995 until now.
