Review: This company, specifically a customer service representative named [redacted], will not stop calling me. He calls me at least once a week, but sometimes more than that. I tried to be nice at first but became increasingly curt with him until I requested he stop calling and I would contact him if I needed supplies. This had no effect. I continued with my requests and he continued with his calls. I became more and more irritable with my interaction with him. On 12.13.2013 I went to the web site and emailed the comany directly. According to the site all emails of this nature go to a man named [redacted] P. who identifies himself as the owner or CEO. I explained myself, named Mr. [redacted], and asked for all contact to stop immediately. Upon my return to work 01.13.2013 (after a leave of absence) the calls started again. I was very short with Mr. [redacted] and told him I wanted no further contact. I asked him if he understood what I was saying. He said he did. I asked him to repeat back to me what my request was. He did. He acknowledged, in his own voice and words, that I did not want to be contacted anymore. Today, 01.17.14 I received three calls. I hung up on him twice and the third I asked why he was calling after my request. He asked if we were a government agency and therefore public. I told him that although this was true that gave him no more right to harrass me than any other entity and, again, I would contact him if I needed any of his products. STOP CALLING ME. I hung up and immediately started this process.Desired Settlement: I want this company to end all contact with this location. No phone calls. No literature. No electronic communication. Zero contact in any form. I would also like the employees of this company to be taught that government agencies (state and federal) cannot be harrassed any more than any other entity. It makes no difference that we are "public." Harrassment is still harrassment.

Response:
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I sincerely apologize for the actions of our sales rep. This is actually very unusual behavior and we have addressed it with the rep to clear up any misunderstandings. He was not suppose to call again especially after he was asked not to call.
We will take care of this right away and thank you for your time. It was a pleasure talking to you Lori and please feel free to contact me directly.
Thanks,
President
