Review: Alarm has failed numerous times. Smoke detector triggers, they replace, when they replace they delete my keypad, when they comeback to fix keypad they break keypad. Each time they send someone else who may or may not be qualified to fix said problem. When I had new installation in March 2015-the rep could not get it activated because "I have never done the activation and the person who does it is not in today". They spend HOURS at my home, forcing me to take off work or have someone in house to fix issues.Desired Settlement: I would like them to get this all fixed once and for all!

I would like the head of the company to personally call me and explain why the hell I have been going back and forth with them on at least 4 issues since January!
