Good Afternoon,Thank you for your inquiry. ATI is proud of our customer service and is continuously looking at ways we can improve so thank you for giving us the opportunity to do so. ATI does have a policy of no reschedules or refunds. This is clearly stated on our website and is
terms and conditions that must be agreed to prior to making the purchase. It is important to us that the order is correct at the time of purchase so that the customer only purchases what they truly want or need If you have confirmation that shows a 9-date being purchased, please send that to *** attention to *** and we will gladly contact the Institution where you are testing to ensure that you are allowed to test on that date or will refund you for the purchaseIn terms of the tone of voice that you experienced, this will be addressed as well. This is not something we hear so we will address this very quickly. Thank you,

Good Afternoon,Thank you for providing feedback into your experience with our website and service. Our customers are important to us and we want to ensure we provide the best service possible. In reference to this complaint, there were no issues on the ATI website when the customer
made the purchase. When making a purchase and changing the shipping method, the web page needs a moment to update the information. ATI's website pulls the shipment price information directly from the 3rd party vendor's. This can take a couple of seconds to update. The page does show that it is processing information. Prior to checking out, we ask that the customer verify that all information in their purchase is accurate. They must check a box agreeing that they have verified their order, it is correct, and they understand that there is a no refund policy once the customer checks the box and submits the purchase. ATI does this for the customer so that they can be sure they are making the correct purchase for the correct price. It is important to actually verify information prior to agreeing and submitting a purchase to avoid situations such as thisThe customer service representative mentioned in the complaint explained this to the customer in detail and also explained as to why the order could not be updated or changed once the purchase had been made. In reference to the request, ATI will make an exception and refund the difference in payment from day shipping to the Ground shipping price. The customer has been refunded $36.16. It can take 4-business days for the refund to be posted to their back account. Thank you and have a great day!

complaint
ATI
is a leading provider of technology based educational tools used by over 2,
nursing programs across the United States.
ATI is
considered a highly reputable provider of educational
content by numerous institutions of
higher education and a trusted partner in the industry of nursing educationWe are
concerned with the statements made by Ms*** and would like to correct what
appear to be misunderstandings of ATI’s role, as well as each student’s
responsibilities, relative to Virtual ATI, a service performed by ATI at the
request of nursing programs across the country
ATI is not a school and we do
not have professorsRather, nursing schools contract with ATI for its services
in providing educational tools to their students and facultyVirtual ATI is one
of those tools through which ATI provides “coaches” that engage with students,
advising each student on their preparation and readiness to sit for the NCLEX
examStudents using Virtual ATI are
expected to complete assignments (including reading required materials and
taking assessments) and engage on an ongoing basis with their assigned Virtual
ATI coachIt is only through completion
of required assignments and close communication with the student’s ATI coach that
the coach is able to provide guidance and advice on how to better prepare for
the NCLEX exam. This is critical to the
successful use of these ATI servicesIf a student refuses to engage in Virtual
ATI in the manner required, the services will not assist with the student’s
readiness to sit for the national examIf a student does not actively
participate or communicate with their Virtual ATI coach for six weeks, per
ATI’s clearly stated policy, the student will be required to pay a $
reactivation fee should he/she desire to re-engage the serviceThis fee
covers, in part, additional costs incurred by ATI in securing a coach and re-initiation
of the Virtual ATI services. The vast
majority of students complete assignments, remain engaged, and, as a result, greatly benefit from the use of
Virtual ATI. Unfortunately, Ms***
was not active for at least six weeks and was charged the $reactivation fee
There does not appear to be any dispute regarding these facts
More specifically, Ms*** was
required to complete certain assignments, as is the case with all other
students using Virtual ATI, and she failed to do soMs*** also failed to
maintain required communications with her assigned Virtual ATI coach, making it
impossible for Ms*** to receive the coach’s valuable input and advice. After she paid the required reactivation fee
to re-engage Virtual ATI, she requested that ATI assign a different Virtual ATI
coach to herAlthough ATI was under no obligation to do so, it did assign a
different coach to work with Ms***.
Based
on her complaint to The Revdex.com, Ms*** appears to dispute
the very nature and design of ATI’s services, which her school selected to use as part of its nursing program
curriculum. Ms*** states that she does not agree with
the assignments and has refused to complete her work. Mr***, instead, is requesting a different
type of service than what is provided by ATI.
We urge her to
discuss this with her school. While
our policies regarding the $reactivation fee were followed, ATI will refund
the $to Ms*** (which she never expressed to ATI prior to her complaint
filed with The Revdex.com), but we are not in a position to
redesign our educational material and requirements based on her demands,
particularly because thousands of other students have benefitted and continue
to benefit from the present design of Virtual ATI. Whether or not Ms*** is required to
utilize the services of ATI is a matter that she should discuss directly with
her school
As to the Desired Settlement, again, ATI will
refund the $to Ms***. We
had already assigned a new Virtual ATI coach to Ms***, as she requested on
12/29/after she paid the $reactivation fee. The Virtual ATI coach’s responsibilities are
to provide individualized remediation based on student performance and prepare
the student to take the NCLEX. However,
the successful use of Virtual ATI requires that Ms*** also fulfill her student
responsibilities, which include completing all required reading assignments,
taking required assessments, and maintaining ongoing communication with her
Virtual ATI coach.
If Ms*** has continued
concerns with her use of Virtual ATI, we would appreciate the opportunity to
set up a meeting or call with Ms***We always welcome the chance to assist
students with their use of ATI’s educational tools and would be happy to do the
same with Ms***
