Good Afternoon Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  We take all complaints seriously and I will complete a very thorough investigation but I will need a little more information from you in order to get started.  I need to...

see a copy of your receipt.  This will identity the Store number and location, the day you shopped at our store and most importantly who the cashier was that rang up your merchandise so we can do some extensive Customer Service Training with this teammate because this is not how we do business.  
The way sales work at this Food King store are that once you reach the register, all items are rang up at the cost price and then a 10% fee is added to get your total amount due.  We are so proud of this new store, we have placed signs all over our new store stating that at Food King, products are sold at cost plus a 10% fee. 
If you would like, once I can identify the store you shopped at, I would be happy to ask our Store Manager to call and talk with you directly about your shopping experience and answer any questions you may have about your purchases that day. I really hope that you will give us the opportunity to show you the outstanding customer service that Lowe's is all about.
