November 30, 2015Dear Representative of the Revdex.com:In regards to the complaint ID [redacted] , in the matter of [redacted] and Lower Bucks Hospital, Lower Bucks Hospital took the following action:On November 30, 2015, Courtney C [redacted] , Chief Financial Officer of Lower Bucks Hospital, called [redacted] and apologized for the issues he encountered with the third-party billing company that Lower Bucks Hospital had contracted with to do patient billing [redacted] was also advised that he would receive a check for the $that he paid to fax proof of payment that was an unnecessary requirement.Further, Lower Bucks Hospital has contacted the third-party billing company and advised them that they are not to treat our patients in this matter.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions
