Lowcountry Foundation Repair

My project involved using the PolyLevel System, two expansion joint replacements with Compression Guard and Nexus Pro Joint and Crack Sealant to make a number of repairs on an aging, cracking, circular driveway. The original assessment made by their System Design Specialist Chris, was pretty much on the money.
Chuck and Dylan performed the work which involved drilling and cutting concrete. At the end of the day, while not a new driveway, it is level, safe to walk on and looks 100% better for considerably less than the cost of replacing the entire driveway as well as the inconvenience of doing so.
Their team did a great job. I would recommend speaking with them when considering having concrete repair work done.

The soil around our pool deck had settled causing cracking and shifting
on both ends. Lowcountry Basements lifted the length of concrete along the sunken edges matching them in height to the adjacent slabs and filling the cracks.

Their customer service was wonderful. Always picked up when I called, was friendly, helpful, and always resolved what I called for. They also got the work done that I needed for my foundation. I had a structural engineer from PI Tech look at my foundation and had concluded that I needed some form of shallow underpinning. However, all other foundation companies I had called wanted to put in helical piers which was waaaaay more expensive. Lowcountry sent a representative over and gave me a quote for polyleveling. They were fast and professional through the whole process.

I was happy with the substantial savings in both dollars and inconvenience. It makes a great deal of difference when a pool Deck is leveled without breaking it up and having it repoured.

Inspector didn't rake any measurements, but installers measured every wall. Unfortunately, gap didn't close like I was told it would, but that was not the installers fault. Installers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

David and team did a great job informing me of what they were doing and did it on time and in a timely manner. It was a good experience from the office-Kathy to the sales man- Dustin thru the installation- David, James and Tommy.

Overall good experience. Both rep and installer were both very knowledgeable. All the employees I spoke with are very nice and helpful.
