Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to id # [redacted] , filed by [redacted] Our dealership sold Ms [redacted] the [redacted] on 6/24/2015.The vehicle mileage at the tlme of delivery was 112892.The vehicle was legally inspected for all applicable safety and emissions Items and components before delivery.? Our inspection record is sticker # [redacted] ,the odbreport(enclosed) does not indicate any readiness monitors "not Ready" (if an o·sensor was not functioning or faulty at the time of inspection, obd report would indicate that.)Ms [redacted] returned the car to our service department on 7/for a brake noise complaintWe replaced the front? brake rotors free of charge as a customer courtesy to remedy the noiseThere was no safety or performance concern with? rotors, just noise due to corrosionWe performed this repair as a goodwill gesture and for customer service.? Ms [redacted] has very specific rights under used car laws, the vehicle was sold with in excess of 100,miles, whlch limitsThe dealers warranties to implied warranties? ln addition to the implied warranties, the customer purchased a? month, mile extended warranty, under which she may have coverage for the brake calipers and ball joint.Ms [redacted] contacted me on or about 11/l, asking that we address some of her repair concerns with the car, I informed? Her that we would gladly do so, she needed to make an appointment with our service department, that she would be responsible fot a diagnostic charge, and that if any of her concerns were covered under her extended warranty, we would facilitate a claimMy recollection of Ms [redacted] response to this was that she couldn't leave the car at our service? department because she couldn't be without a vehicle and that I should provide her with a replacement or loaner car? while her car Is In tile shopWe do not provide this service and we are not obligated to do so.ln conclusion, in Ms [redacted] complaint, it appears what she is seeking as a remedy is for our dealership to take the car back and pay off her remaining debt on the noteUnfortunately, we would be unwilling to that at this time? Its not? reasonable requestWe are more than willing to schedule an appointment to address and estimate her concerns and bill the extended warranty company where applicableThe customer would be responsible for any applicable deductibles and non covered items, and diagnostic fees.Sincerly, [redacted] Guy's Automotive
