Low & Low Bankruptcy Attorney

I went to Low & Low early (between January and April)...I was specific in a bankruptcy that would eliminate debt without monthly payments I was told at time of intake that I qualified and they could do it for me for a little over $1,which included court and attorney fees Over a period of time I made payments of $1,after which I was asked to get an appraisal on our homeWhen I asked why I needed an appraisal I was told I did not qualify for bankruptcy I originally requested and would need to set up monthly payments Again I explained I did not want that type of bankruptcy because I am capable of setting up my own payment plans with my creditors and did not have to pay them over $1,to do it and I want a refundSince then I have called many times and have been sent to voice mail or left on hold I have also sent multiple emails and as of today, April 18, 2018, I have not received calls or correspondence from anyone at their office The lady Joanna who was h
