Upon exiting the automatic car wash, my entire rear bumper was ripped from my car I pulled into the vacuum area and requested a manager, who did not come out to see me for minutes In the meantime, I called the [redacted] (who reported that this is not the first incident similar to this at this particular car wash) Finally, the manager came out, barely looked at me or my car, and promptly handed me a short form to fill out and walked away I asked if he could offer to at least help me, as my car could not even be driven, and he said there is nothing he can do I had to call a tow truck and cover the expenses to have it taken to a repair shop I am now pursuing legal action for this incident
