I am rejecting this response because: I was in no way being "threatening and abusive"I had to continually ask for my information back, over and over and over agin which they are mischaracterizing as "threatening and abusive"I asked if they thought raising my rate and obvious lack of communication was fair which was a legitimate questionI will be filling another grievance for defamation of character by saying I was "threatening and abusive" and possibly taker legal actionVery very sad! I can send the email chains so you can see for your self. *** did absolutely nothing for my case after he took it overHe did not even contact the insurance adjuster to tell them that he was taking over the caseThe adjuster had been trying email/contacting the original lawyer (***) with no reply for a considerable amount of time.

This client was terminated by our firm after being threatening and abusive. His case was handled properly and a settlement offer was obtained, which he refused.He has continued to harass the firm continually, even after the return of his file and his unused retainer funds.The charges he complains...

about were an office conference where he, of his own free will, talked about his health issues. Be that as it may, those charges were refunded to him in full.He has threatened action against our firm unless we continue to represent him, which we will not do. His complete file and unearned funds have been returned to him.
