Very poor service for a very overpriced product
This is the worst company I have dealt with in years. The manager in the showroom ordered the wrong color leather for our couch, she also did not inform us that FedEx delivery would not bring the couch up to our home, but instead leave a $8,000 purchase in the parking lot and the grass. She also did not offer the additional service to have the couch brought inside the home. When we contacted regarding the mistake on the order, we were initially told we could return the covers in the wrong color that were sent to us and wait for new, correct covers to be sent back. After refusing to return the covers we had without new ones in hand, they agreed without once apologizing and refused any additional remuneration for the mistakes they made.
After multiple calls with other store managers and the district manager, Nate, we reached an agreement. Finally, the covers arrived after multiple false projected shipping and arrival dates. Now that we have a completed couch, they are not following through on the initial agreement we had reached. After much back and forth we agreed to bring the original discount of 35% up to 50% off the price of the sectional. In-store, they only discount 33.5%, not the advertised 35%, so that left 16.5% differnece in additional refunds. They did not inform us that the additional discount would be applied to the already discounted price of $7,760.50, not the original price of $10,920 a difference of about $450 in refunds. This is absolutely ridiculous math and totally deceptive negotiation.
A total garbage company with a product that is truly more trouble than it is worth. You pay a premium price for a put-it-together yourself item, like you are shopping at Ikea. Unfortunately, the service is worse than what I would expect from Ikea. So sorry I didn't listen to my friends who warned me about this company. Buyer Beware!

I heard of this product and initially had to have itI ordered on black friday and got a fair price for the sofaWhen the fabrics came I wasnt as pleased as I had hopedI called a local store (hours away) and asked if I could exchange for a similar in price fabricWhen I got to the store the next day they turned me away and said I needed to work through the exchange online(At least I found the fabric I wanted in a similar price)So I proceeded to work with custoemer service for a week to get the return labels to send them backI also spend additional time going back and forth on the cost for the replacementUnfortunately in order to honor your specials on your website and exchange cannot happenAfter speaking with a representative, they came back and told me the exchange would be an $(ish) differenceIt seemed expensive as I purchased the Navy twill seat side for 4100ish online and wanted to exchange for the poly linen medditerranian which online shows plus taxUnfortunately when the representative had called me back the price to exchange went from to Thats a mark up from doing a full exchange about $This is a price I cannot stomachNothing was able to be resolved and a full exchage is out of the questionLovesac would rather pay for all of the shipping back and forth for all of the merchandise than honor a price onlineI am very sad and discouraged with the service and help to simply exchangeFor that I have decided to return the what could have been a $sale for an issue that has a simple solutionI had to take off work to schedule and have *** come out and pick up the large heavy boxes of product I am not aloud to haveOnce the refund was finally issued on Jan 4th, I noticed a $security card charge that I was opted in for without concentAgain, I spend time trying to resolve this extra chargeIt has been weeks since this process and weeks of trying to get a refund issuedI have never had so many issues with a companyHopefully there are no more surprises coming my wayI would recommned not purchasing from this companyThey have a hard time completing simple requests and constantly request a phone conversation to move an inch through the processI dont believe a full refund should take a month to processAbsolutely unreasonable

Review: My husband and I purchased a love sac at Ross Park Mall. The item we purchased was to be shipped to us, however we were shown the item in the store and allowed to test it by sitting in it. It was a comfortable chair so we purchased it. It took a few weeks to get the item to us but once we received it we followed the instructions by opening it and allowing it to fill out and by breaking up the foam inside and rotating it. After working on it for a few days we called the 800 number because it was awful to sit on, wasn't holding a round shape and was super flat. We wanted to return it and thought there was a 90 day return policy. Corporate told us it was a 14 day policy, which had passed before we even received the item- we received our order in its entirety on 10/20, and that they would send us another case to put around the love sac to give it better shape. We put the new covering on and it was slightly better, now it was more of a donut shape and you would sink in the middle. In November we had our wedding and honeymoon and were not home for three weeks. The next time I was out at the mall I stopped in to the store and explained the problems. They said that since I thought it was a 90 day return they would have given me up to 90 days but now even that time frame had passed- of course we didnt' pursue a return after we were told only 14 days. I explained that the one we got looks nothing like the one in the store. They said to send them a picture and they would send us more foam. They sent us a big box of foam to put in. The problem is not solved. It is still a donut shape that is difficult to sit on, it appears nothing like the one in the store (which I expected to be worse than the one we got because people in the mall sit on it) and now we are being told it just needs more foam. We have gone beyond what we should have to as a customer and buying a high priced item. I feel like the store pulled a bait and switch by showing us a nice item and then selling us an inferior productDesired Settlement: Refund of item preferable or Exchange for another product as last resort
