On or around November 20, 2017, Mr. [redacted] stopped at our Love’s Travel Stop #639 in Lake, MS. Mr. [redacted] reported to our store manager on duty that he had ripped his jacket on a display of alligator heads. According to Mr. [redacted], he feels that this display and the products were not appropriately placed in a safe location in the store.   After a thorough review, we are unable to find any issues with the location of this display. rear inside drive tire replaced as his had blown out. After a thorough review, we are unable to find any issues with the workmanship performed at this location. Additionally, Mr. [redacted] failed to provide documentation verifying a tire retorque had been done. This retorque, written on the back of every invoice and signed for by Mr. [redacted] following his service, is required within 50 to 100 miles to fulfill the warranty agreement. Utilizing the current information, we are unable to offer any compensation to Mr. [redacted]. This information was communicated to Mr. [redacted] on February 20, 2017. We contacted the guest via telephone on 4/3/17 and apologized on behalf of our store for refusing to honor the sale price. As the sale was posted one day early, we should have honored the price. We offered the guest a $5 gift card as compensation for his experience and as a gesture of appreciation...

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive bad fuel from Love's on the evening of March 18, 2017. I have attached the repair order from Bergkoetter's Buick Dealership stating water was in the gas tank. I have also attached the pictures the dealership took which show the water in the fuel. The dealership sent the repair order and pictures to [redacted], GM for Love's in New Baden. I have also found another individual, [redacted], who has filed a complaint with Love's. He had gotten fuel at the same station around the same time as me.
