Customer placed an order on Dec 8th at 3:34pm for items"Pink & Green" Floral Women's Shirt" and "Save The Bees Bracelet".Customer requested a refund and we honored it by refunding the customer immediately for "Pink & Green" Floral Women's Shirt".The "Bee Bracelet" which was ordered by the customer is a non-refundable purchaseThis is acknowledged in our policy.However, a new PR rep in our company was unaware of this fact and decided to tell the customer they would be refunded upon return of this item because it was ready for dispatch at the time of reading the message.The PR rep was informed of the situation and was told to contact the supplier of the item to request a return address for the customer to send the item back upon arrival.International supplier may take a while to respond, especially now considering it's the Chinese New YearNot to mention it was a non refundable itemWe made an exception in this case.The delayed responses may have made the customer feel we were neglecting our duty to serve the customer.I would like to ensure this was not the case at all.But in order to make up for the inconvenience our customer had to face, I would like to refund the customer the $shipping charges they paid for the item.The customer is free to keep the item or dispose of it at his or her convenienceand requested refund for
