Loveland Valvoline Express Care

Took my car for an oil change, while there the technician noticed that I had a small chip in my windshield and offered to fix it at a charge. I agreed to the service and paid $20.00 for this service. Not even a month after the service was supposed to have been performed, the small chip spread into a crack all across my windshield. When I called about it I was told that they would fix it to bring it in and talk to Jeremy. I went in Jeremy came out to look at my windshield, felt the chip and said “this doesn’t even feel like it was fixed”. I asked him if he would fix my windshield since his employee did not fix my windshield. He told me he would refund my money and that was all. He then told me I signed a paper stating that there was no warranty on their work. I never signed a paper like that at all, and they never completed the work that they were paid to do. I was informed that I was maybe the 2nd person that this has happened to in the last 5 years. That does not make me feel better.
