Dentist ok. Staff is deplorable. Pricing is not transparent and frequently hit with surprise and hidden fees that are not explained. Appears not to be local but corporate owned with interest in $$ only

10/3/Terrible terrible service!!!! It took me two years just to have a bone lift and sinus lift, (done and redone) then the surgeon left and the new surgeon refused to complete the implant after they made me an appointment for same I've paid Pacific Dental Services (their apparent owner) $to date and still have no implant They refuse to respond to my inquires and are (conveniently) unable to find a folder with my copy of my records AND my checkbook that I left in the treatment roomor the individual at the front desk with whom I spoke repeatedly DO NOT USE THEM or any offices owned by PACIFIC DENTAL SERVICES
