To whom it may concern; The patient was provided an estimate of $400; this estimation included $remaining deductible and a $deposit amount; however I could not locate any documentation that supported the deposit amount toward a remaining balance Due to that reason we will adjust the remaining amount for the patient and the patient balance will be reflective at a $remaining balance Once adjustment of the remaining balance $is completed (please allow 10-days for processing); our customer service department will send an updated statement reflecting the $balance on the patients account In addition; we have stopped all collection calls/communication until this adjustment occurs We here at Lovelace Health System; apologize for any miscommunication that had occurred and hope that in the future you look to recieve services from any of our Lovelace Health System facilities Thank you

remaining amount for the patient and the patient balance will be reflective at a $0 remaining balance.  Once adjustment of the remaining balance $190.76 is completed (please allow 10-14 days for processing); our customer service department will send an updated statement reflecting the $0 balance on the patients account.  
In addition; we have stopped all collection calls/communication until this adjustment occurs.
