To whom it may concern:
This is an attempt to resolve the complaint made by [redacted], #[redacted].
Due to Family issues, unfortunately, some business matters had to be put back for a short time. I run a busy operation, everything I do I handle on my own. I will make this a priority to get this matter resolved. I stand behind my work and apologize that Mrs. [redacted] feels I did not satisfy her or her Husband's expectations.
I did ask my son to assist in the job as I am getting older and thought he could reach areas I did not trust myself to do. My son's credentials are that he is certified in lead base paint and finished "College Works"
Apprenticeship program as an Intern. He, in addition, works for a reputable restoration Company. Including full time work at a bank.
When I came to Mrs. [redacted] house a second time to follow up on the concern, ("it is as if he did not even do the job again the second time")... I discovered and performed the necessary touch ups. I have been in this industry for about 30 years; I have many satisfied, happy customers as well as repeat business. If my customer has a concern I will correct it. Sometimes, "home improvements" require additional work whether it's remodeling or painting. If this would be the case, then it can be negotiated on additional terms if needed.
This was not discussed with Mrs. [redacted] or her Husband. I will follow up with them no later than September 10, 2015.
