placed order on 4-12-20 & shipper (***) took possession on 4-13-20 in california & it is still in california. I complained to love sew that *** is notoriously slow & has a habit of losing packages. I got the run around about the corona virus is causing shipping problems. they have many complaints on their *** page about this problem. I demanded my money back 2 days ago & I am being ignored. all I want is my money back & it appears I have been scammed.

This is regarding the case for customer ***.The customer's order was shipped and its currently in transit to its destination. There was a huge delay in the arrival of the package because of COVID 19. We are assuring the customer, it will be delivered soon. In line with this, we are sent an order confirmation email to him that includes the estimated delivery of the package and the possible delays.As a resolution for this case, we've refunded him kindly see attached the photo.
