On March 11, 2019, I went to Lovelash, Inc. and paid $1,000 for Stretchmark Camaflouge procedure on my hips and calves. The owner of the business did the procedure, her name is Jay, but I do not remember her last name. She told me and I understood that the procedure is simply a tattoo that covers the stretch marks.

Jay told me that the procedure should work after one session, but if needed she would give me a second session. I signed a waiver stating that the procedure was a type of permanent make up and that it was an art and not a science. I was given after care instructions which I completely followed. Jay told me that after a week I should see shedding on the areas I had the procedures and then the stretchmarks should look much improved, much less deep and almost gone.

On April 23, 2019, I instant messaged Jay that the stretchmark camaflouge did not work and I requested a second appointment. From that date on she was so difficult to reach that I was never able to schedule the second appointment. I have a series of Instant messages where I tried to set up the second appointment and she either asked to see pictures of the areas before scheduling, which I sent each time, or she did not respond all.

I attempted to reach her up until September 12, 2019. I was so frustrated by then that I decided to simply drop it. However, on January 20, 2020, I decided to reach out to her again Because I saw on Instagram that she had a new and improved stretch mark camaflouge service. She responded that I should have had the second session much sooner. I told her that I have tried since April 23, 2019, to make a second appointment and she has avoided me. I recently looked up reviews for her business and many were very low and stated that she put pictures of cosmetic work that other people did on social media and claims it's her work. After reading reviews and my experience with her I do not believe that she has the ability to do the procedure I paid for and I would like my money back.
