I ordered a product on Feb 1 or 2, contacted business on Feb 4 asking when Shipping would occur. Was told Feb 5. By Feb 10, I finally received a shipping confirmation contacted company again to ask if item was shipped the 5 as stated or the 10 Per the email. No response. Contacted again Feb 13 to request refund. No response. Sent an email also requesting email. Still no response and still no item received.
Customer has been issued another journal in addition to a full refund.
