On 4/4/we sent out an email promotion that was for 20% off a single ItemThe promotion redirected customers to this web href="https://www.love2brew.com/Articles.asp?ID=736" target="_blank" [redacted] (this is the actual, unedited page from the promotion)The page clearly mentioned, in bold font, that if you did not enter the code as per our instructions it would discount your entire order and not a single itemIn this case, as clearly stated on our website, we would edit the order to take 20% off the highest priced itemWe had over individuals take advantage of the sale that day including about who entered the code incorrectlyWe edited each order as we explained we would on the websiteWhen Morteza contacted us we explained in detail that he may have misread the promotion but that it was not a problem - we would issue a full refund + the cost of returning the itemsTo date Morteza has not returned the items and has sent us numerous threatening emailsWe have sent multiple emails (documentation can be provided at the Revdex.com's request) trying to remedy the error only to be met with hostilityWe will still honor the refund once we receive the returned products however we have yet to receive anything backTo be clear - we are still trying to provide Morteza with a refund, but will need the items he purchased returned to us as per our Return Policy [redacted]
