Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website. The AMPS program has a 30 day refund policy... this 30 day refund policy is unconditional and guaranteed.

Unfortunately, this customer purchased the program on November 7, 2013 and the books were returned to our office on March 31, 2014. 
This is past the 30 day refund policy. 
This customer also submitted two chargebacks for this program, in which he had a payment plan. We did respond to these chargebacks.
The chargeback processing center sent us a response that they credited our account in our favor.
