I CONTRACTED WITH KENNY *** ON 9-22-TO POUR A FOUNDATION FOR A CABIN I WAS CONSTRUCTING I provided Certified Foundation plans drawn by an Engineer I met with Kenny at the site and went over the plans I went home and drew diagrams and elevations of the foundation and emailed them to himLong story short, When he poured the foundation he used a lot of shortcuts which made the foundation hard to work with He did not put in enough "J" bolts which is a major problem for me Even worse the foundation was poured INCORRECTLY and the wall was too short to allow adequate fill for the footer to be below frost depth I contacted Kenny and went over the plan and showed him the error He stated it was too late in the year (November) to pour more concrete and would fix it as soon as the weather turned in the spring I tried to contact him in the Spring with phone calls, emails, and even a certified letter (the return receipt was signed) but Kenny has made no effort to contact me or
