Louvertech Window Fashions

Review: I have made multiple calls out to Louvertech window fashions and have not had any returned calls. All calls go directly to voicemail for the past month. I have an issue with my wood shutters and they don't close properly . I have been successful in reaching him in the past but has always been sketchy in coming back out for service after payment has been made. Doesn't follow up properly for service on his shutters that he installed and deserves an "F" in my rating for customer service and quality and functionality of the product.Desired Settlement: please give me a complete refund for the project and take the shutters from my windows.

Review: window covering ordered 3/16/2014,agreement stated that will install 3 weeks and never happened.total amount of 10,950 I deposited 6,600 and 3,400 balance.MAY 13,finally installed 8 windows out of 43.trying to follow up and couldn't give a date for next installation,tried to text him just to cancel my order and deduct the windows that he already installed and refund me for the rest.he answered that he can't cancel because its on production already,up to this moment the third month of agreement I have not gotten any answer yet.Desired Settlement: to refund me the deposit I made after deducting the shutters that he already installed,and for me to move on ordering to other company.
