Do not [redacted] your jewelry at Lou's, I recently fell on hard times and went to them a $500 In Rhythm Diamond necklace 2.1k, on [redacted] slip. They gave me $25 and $20 for Diamond ring. I went to get it back,paid and went home. They have switched my Diamond and replaced it with [redacted]!!! I am reaching out to the store I purchased it from in Hawaii, to prove this is not the diamond. I also got it back with my ID, so am looking for the ticket and seeking legal counsel.I will be coming with the law, for theft, deception and fraud. Taking advantage of people mainly me!
