Your company does not have a telephone option to contact you. I’m sure the purposeful after this experience. I will NEVER purchase from your company ever again which is unfortunate since you have some great merchandise. I want to return a product I purchased for my daughter and want a full refund. I guess I will just have to make the trip to your store since you don’t answer phones and that will just make me even angrier and unhappy with your because you wasted more of my time and gas.
Loungefly has terrible customer service. Their phone number disconnects you. Emails take 5+ days to get a response. If they bother to respond, they don't really answer the question. I paid for 2 day shipping and 2 weeks later, still no package or record of shipping date. Buyer beware.
Do yourself a favor and order from Disney, Box Lunch, ebay or Game Stop.
I ordered 2 backpacks on 8/23 and payed for expedited shipping. The tracking states still waiting on item.
I ordered 2 backpacks on 8/23. It has you pay for expedited shipping. The tracking shows that on 9/3 USPS is still waiting for the item, just a shipping label was created. I have e mailed the customer service 4 times. I have tried to call their phone number and each option sends me to a busy signal. I have notified my credit card that this is a possible fraudulent charge.
Deliver the item promptly. If not, immediately refund my credit card.
Items received in good condition
I ordered an item that was in stock. I received an email with tracking number on July 21st. It's now August 1st and that tracking only shows that a label was created. The item hasn't been handed off to the post office. Had I known how bad the service was, I would have just ordered off of Amazon. Now I'm waiting on a response or I will file a dispute with PayPal.
Unfortunately, due to COVID, there are long delays with carriers such as USPS which we don't have control over in any situation. This order is in transit and tracking has been updated. Customer has been in contact with us and we are assisting them accordingly.
So turns out that Loungefly (Funko Owned) uses DHL courier services which then hands it off to USPS. They said this method apparently leads to faster service. It's 8/12 and I still don't have my order. Ricky at Funko emailed me that the back pack is in transit and that I should receive it by 8/21. I ordered this on 7/20. They're seriously asking me to wait a whole MONTH to receive my order. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble and just order from Amazon, Box Lunch, and/or Hot Topic. I've never encountered any delays like this thru any of those sellers. Avoid the official Loungefly website like the plague. So much for my USPS Priority Mail 3-Day shipping I paid for.
Typically orders progress much faster than this, however, due to COVID, there are long delays with carriers such as USPS which we don't have control over regardless of the delay reason due to the carrier. The customer was provided assistance and the order has been delivered.
Absolute garbage customer service. They have issues receiving JPEG files. I had sent defect pics several times... at first they complained of not receiving my files, I sent again and asked their preferred file type, they stated again that they did not receive, I asked for a screen shot, turns our they DID in fact receive the files, they just couldn't open them. I then sent them the files in multiple file types, and even went as far as to upload them onto Dropbox for their convenience, at which point they just stopped responding to me. I followed up every 48 hours the rest of the week and nothing. Incompetent staff with zero interest in serving their customers. Will never buy from them again.
I placed an order on may 10th 2020 for 131.00 and still have not received tracking and was told I cant cancel my order
On may 10th 2020 I placed an order in the total of 131.00 few days past and I received no tracking so I go on the website and see due to covid shipping may be delayed 7-9 business days since then I have emailed and called to see if its possible to upgrade my shipping so I can get my package when needed since its a gift. After a week I was emailed back telling me they can not upgrade my shipping so I adked how long until it ships to which I was told they could tell how far along it was so I then asked if I could cancel it. Now im being told they can see my package is to far along to cancelwhoch I don't understand since it hasnt left there warehouse so why cant they stop it but they can tell me that but not an idea on when it would ship. So I asked to speak with a member of management and was told its all contact by email so I asked foe an email that's directly for managers in the company but still have not received an email back for that. This company is so backwards I wish I did more research before ordering from there website never again will I do so I just want my money back at this point

I was shipped the wrong thing and I simply want to talk to customer service to get the correct item shipped out to me. I purchased a limited release item and one that was on sale. I have emailed and called several times but no response. I have left voicemails and trying contacting the company through social media but nothing.
I want them to contact me so I can get my correct item.
I was able to reach them after I contacted their Instagram page. We got everything resolved.
I order 4 purses ( I have 3 daughters) and I only received 3. I did not receive a credit, the purse was crossed out in the packing slip like they knew it wasn't coming. Ok fine. No communication at all. I emailed left message on Facebook & Instagram no response. The customer service completely sucks. I have no idea how Disney even works with these people. This company took my 68 dollars!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a backpack from them and attempted to cancel the transaction the next day before the item shipped. I emailed them asking if I could cancel the order and did not get a response until 3 days later when the item shipped. After that I got one email stating "sorry the item shipped, but when you receive it, you have 10 days to email us and return it" I received the item, emailed them that I'd like to return it and asked for help on where to send it back. (There is no address, phone number or return information on their website.) I got an email back stating that they would forward my request to their returns department and that was the last I heard back from them. I sent more than 10 emails asking for help on where to send it back. There was no response ever again. The 10 day window came and went and I continued to email them with no responses. So now I'm stuck with this backpack and no way of returning it. Terrible company.
I purchased a purse for my wife from this company and the zipper wore out in three months. The company will not stand behind their products and refuse to help remedy the situation and replace the defective merchandise
