We are always disappointed when a client is unhappyWhat this client has said is not the truth and she has conveniently left out major parts of the story. There was confusion on the linen, because she did not provide the correct amount of linenShe ordered the linen without consulting usWe
had set the linen, and tied the sashes, that she had providedHowever, there were not enough linens to cover all the tables, so we had to wait until she arrived to get directionWe ultimately had to provide her with linen from another event. She did not tell us that we were to make the centerpieces for each tableWe told that we were to help "put them out"But we did end up making all the floral centerpieces with very little time to spareThis was a miscommunication caused by the client. She gave all the vendors a bad countWe were all told guests would be attending and about showed upThis sent everyone into crisis mode, from the bartending service to the catererShe never apologized for the bad countThe caterer ran out of food and the bartending service ran out of glasses and iceMy team stepped in and helped, providing more glasses and ice and helped bus tablesWe also had to bring out more chairs and tables, so it looked like we had messed upEvery issue she has complained about was caused by herNow she's trying to blame everyone elseTell us why here
